2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

The AGM gives members an opportunity to review the past year, hear club updates, elect the Board for the coming year.  

Board Positions for 2027

The following Board positions are up for election or will continue into the second year of their current term for the 2027 season:

• President – Position open
• Vice-President – Holly Cao will continue into the second year of her term
• Communications – Jane Douglas will stand for election; the position is also open to any other KWSC member who wishes to stand
• Registrar – Position open
• Scheduler – Position open
• Fields – Jennifer Hay will continue into the second year of her term
• Treasurer – Kathryn Kitney will continue into the second year of her term

At the AGM, members will hear more about initiatives undertaken by the Board over the last year, including a new Communications Subcommittee that will explore new ways to keep members informed, encourage participation and help grow the club.  One of the first initiatives of the new subcommittee will be strengthening KWSC’s social media presence. A KWSC member has volunteered to take on the role. She will be introduced to members at the AGM in November and the Board will share more information about the role and subcommittee.
